i threw it out last month but it absolutely did. eventually my scroll wheel just gave out scrolling more than half a page at once and that was it. scroll a lil, and not a bit more. replaced it with my backup bluetooth logitech cheapo mouse for now. hoping you dont have to suffer it much longer.
