Frost '25 was one of the best events I've worked on and despite being extremely exhausting, it was also the least stressful compared to other recent events I've been involved with.

hire them. It's REALLY hard already for visibly trans people to get jobs, even before this shit.
Support places that have trans people working front of house, and make sure owners know that's part of why you're there.

Hopefully years from now I look back on this event as being a positive one because it pushes me to grow.
There's a lot of things I can improve on and I'm already working on thinking about what I need to do at the next event to make everything easier for my team as well as myself.
I'm incredibly grateful for all the people I got to work with at Frost Fatales 2024 and I can't believe what a success the event was both in terms of content, runs, and money raised for charity. But for me personally it was a very taxing event, perhaps the most difficult I've worked ever.
