I guess it’s a tough gig having to play along with your employer’s editorial decision to hype it up when you know the facts of the story don’t quite line up.

Indeed, and quite a lot of leasehold properties already have this - i.e. leaseholder control via an RMC. We take all the decisions at our development. It also doesn’t solve a lot of the problems blamed on leasehold - e.g. a lot of the costs leaseholders dislike stem from over-regulation.
