I think you’re under-rating Miliband, notwithstanding your well made points about him. He’s an effective minister who remains popular with members. (NB: This is not an endorsement.)
I guess it’s a tough gig having to play along with your employer’s editorial decision to hype it up when you know the facts of the story don’t quite line up.
I can’t figure out how Chris Mason kept a straight face while presenting the views of John McDonnell as evidence of a great Labour rift, though full credit to him for acknowledging in the next breath that the BBC planned to turn a Burnham-fought by-election into a “circus”.

Indeed, and quite a lot of leasehold properties already have this - i.e. leaseholder control via an RMC. We take all the decisions at our development. It also doesn’t solve a lot of the problems blamed on leasehold - e.g. a lot of the costs leaseholders dislike stem from over-regulation.
