This, precisely. Doesn't help that they haven't announced Artist Alley at all and the special guest is decidedly lacking. I see CCI offloading Wondercon in the next few years as a cost cutting exercise.

Excited about a Firefly reboot?
Allow me to rain on that parade. Just in case you forgot that Whedon was not allowed to be alone with a 14 year old girl.
It was a travesty that Firefly got cancelled.
It was a joy to have Serenity make it to cinema screens.
It would be a tragedy if they came back for a revival, now.
1. Two major characters are dead. One of the actors who played one of those characters died years ago.
2. Another character is played by an unapologetic MAGAt and Gater, and he doesn't need a platform.
3. The creator of the series is a sex creep in every sense of the word.
Serenity was the end.
Hilde the cat, carrying a big pink gem, enters a chamber. Centre of the chamber is a large black dome with a white outline similar to the outlines of the panels themselves. The dome is surrounded by 6 slots, four of which have the other gem she collected inserted. Two slots are empty. Hilde places a paw on the outside of the black dome. Inside the Dome, a white paw reaches back.
