When I book flights, I avoid this place at all costs, I wouldn’t even stop there for a layover. The positive image campaign in the past weeks was ridiculous — and pitiful.
Hab ich vor Jahren mal gefunden und passt immer noch:

Visually, this has been one of the most spectacular games I’ve ever played. And it still looks great for an almost 12 year old game, the 60fps patch tempts me to do another playthrough on the PS5…
I get it — everyone is trying to replicate the success of Roblox, Fortnite or Counterstrike. But the developers are getting burnt out, and also I think the gamers are overwhelmed. A lot of companies are chasing a steady stream of revenue instead of making great games, in the end they have neither…
Not a huge fan of live service games but it’s a solid game. The Division 1 & 2 are the only ones I play regularly. I just wonder when the companies will see that the market for these kinds of game is saturated and people are reluctant to invest time and money in yet another live service game.
I'm curious enough to want to play the game, but I doubt I'll buy it on release day.
Can someone explain to me the reasoning behind the trio gameplay? Elden Ring Nightreign and FBC Firebreak also had trios as starting configuration with no duo option.
My friends all play completely different games and I might have the chance to convince one of them but definitely not two.
Yes, some of the most impressive games have been released right before the end of the life cycle of the PS generations: The Last of Us blew my mind on the PS3, TLOU2 is incredible even on the PS4. I still have a PS3 for the classics, and a lot of games from my backlog would still run on a PS4.
I just have the feeling that current gaming business is more competitive, more prone to consolidation, and shareholder driven that even if the prerequisites are similar today, the outcome could be vastly more consequential.
Ironically, I skipped this generation completely, I was a PC gamer first & foremost (even in the 90ies) but “accidentally” won a PS1 which was my first and only console for a while until I got back in the game with the PS3. So I didn’t pay a lot of attention to the console situation at that time.
Today, most of my gaming activities happen on the PS5, and I feel we haven’t even reached the full potential of it yet. So I’m not even unhappy if the PS5 stays a while longer. Especially with the Pro being a very compelling upgrade in light of the current hardware prices.
Me too — I was immediately interested in the Steam machine, my aging PC would’ve required extensive upgrades and I couldn’t justify spending thousands for a device I’m barely using anymore. I’d probably use it more for GOG games but the form factor and ease of use was a very exciting approach.
I’m worried too. My personal preference is still the PlayStation (although I have an Xbox One X w/ a decent physical collection) but if there is only Sony and Nintendo in the console sphere (whereas Nintendo primarily targets a different audience), Sony can reign unchecked and that’s bad for gamers.
I’m really happy with this new #testiny feature, it helps immensely in our testing processes to combine automated and manual test runs in one view, with defects and results compiled in a single place.
I’m so excited for Control: Resonant…!
That was a great speech — clear-minded and wise. Inspiring. Canadians 🇨🇦 can be proud to have Mark Carney as a prime minister. I wish we had the same leadership in the EU 🇪🇺.

The skull flower pot is awesome!
“a steady education in my own shining mediocrity as a drummer” — I feel you.
It’s been a while since I last played, at some point I couldn’t justify my double-bass-4-tom-11-cymbal monstrosity gathering dust in my basement anymore and sold it. One day I’ll buy a little e-drum set and practice again.
That is soo wholesome: Seeing your name in the company of heavyweights like id Software, Massive Entertainment, and Rare! 🙌🏼

Sad, pathetic — the real reason is that the people in the kremlin are just a bunch of murderous thugs.
I love that the game studios are usually less tribalistic than the fans of the respective companies. Last year I got the platinum trophy for Ghost of Tsushima (including DLC), then went on to Assassin’s Creed Shadows and now I can’t wait to dive into Ghost of Yōtei. I thoroughly enjoyed all of them.
