Keeping strict prioritization over different categories of tasks can 10x your quality of life.
Some off the top of my head:
- People over all else
- Put your own oxygen mask first (physical & mental health)
- Reality over mind
- Time over money
What are your non-negotiable rules?
We've been living in an attention economy for a while.
- Decide where you pay your attention. It's more scarce and valuable currency than money.
- Improve your attention - span and quality of it both.
- Learn attention hygiene.
