What an odd choice to mark this already given that there’s still work upcoming to narrow the carriageway on Westfield Ave (so that lamp post on the Newham side and indeed the cycleway may end up moving). Oh well. I’m sure there are reasons.

The signed Abbey Rd (C22) diversion is even more frustrating now heading SE due to temporary🚦traffic management (long 🚗 queues on bridge over DLR line).

Saw at least three families on the school run on cycleway 2 this morning. This scheme, on a road that was previously a deathtrap for anyone cycling, was transformational. Time for protected cycle tracks on all main road

At the Olympic Pk Ave junction, tactiles have gone in for the🚶crossing beside the future 🚲 crossing.
