yes! Pattern for creating commons substrate where capacity is protocol(s)/formats at the network edge:
1. IP+RFC-822+SMTP => substrate for messaging;
2. HTTP+HTML+URI => stubstrate for publishing;
3. ? => substrate for social engagement spaces
*Maybe* 'China' is thinking about selling TikTok to Musk 🫠, but @ryanhatesthis.bsky.social suggests "American users, like our politicians, incorrectly believe that TikTok needs them."
