Shows a very thick potage soup loaded with rice, chicken meat, veggies and broth, along with a toasted Ciabatta bread. The soup is being served in an asian blue and white bowl with an intricate geometric pattern along the edge.

Been in a lot more #pain than usual these past few weeks; but slowly regaining some energy. Managed to "upgrade" my Chicken Rice soup into more of a very thick & hearty "potage" & served it with golden toasted Ciabatta.

Today marks 26 years ago that my beloved "Uncle John" Colicos passed away. I miss him and his wonderful stories so very much. He was best known for his role as Kor the #Klingon in #StarTrek, as well as Baltar in #BattlestarGalactica.

The “worse than usual” chronic pain has eased off a tiny bit since yesterday, so I’ve been able to rest a bit easier. It’s amazing how exhausting pain can be on the body.
The snow has started melting here in Montreal; so it’s giving me a tiny bit of hope for Spring.

I also have chronic daily pain; but this was above and beyond “the regular” - which is why it was particularly hard to bear…

The snow here in Montreal is finally starting to melt and I can see dead grass at least. Gives me a bit of hope for Spring to arrive…
