I won Gold in my second competition this year.

This one was at the ADCC Niagra Open.

I competed as a purple belt in the +30 years old division despite being 46 years old.

Thanks to everyone who showed so much love.

Today on Remembrance Day, I remember my great grandfather Captain Hira Singh, our Canadian Veterans and all those from around the world who allied to defend the freedoms we cherish today.

Lest we forget.

Some asked me recently if I’m ever affected by negative comments online.

While my answer was no, not at all. It got me thinking, why doesn’t it affect me?

Maybe the answer lies with the Lotus Flower 🪷.
