Mission accomplished. 976 LEDs with three power injections. I have a weird issue when blue is at 100% a section of LEDs flashes red but dropping brightness to 95% fixes it. This was a blast.

I ended up going with a QuinLED-Dig-Quad, quinled.info/pre-assemble..., running WLED, kno.wled.ge. The wiring was very straight forward and the online documentation was π. My next task is to run the wire and get the LEDs strung.
The LEDs are 12v WS2811 pebble lights:

My biggest issue is voltage drop over that length of wire but those injection points from a 12v/12amp power supply should provide the juice. I plan to give it a go this weekend and am shooting to get 40% brightness for the room.
Rough layout of RGB LED placement
I'm going to document a personal project here for the first time. In past years, I've put up single color LEDS on my living room ceiling for the holidays. This year I'm going with RGB LEDs for more control. The problem I'm now working on is power injection but I think this layout should cover it.
Barkley the dog running along the lake at the local dog park.
You look like you could use a pic of my pup at the dog park.
Proud of Nebraskaβs 2nd Congressional District once again keeping that electoral vote π.
Closer view of the double rainbow
Double rainbow!
Good morning from Omaha where a rogue rain shower and double rainbow greeted me on my walk this morning. Have a great day!
Hi Nick! I'm excited to check this place out!
