I'm glad that the Chicago game industry is starting to get a slight resurgence. Back in the day there were loads of devs through the Chicagoland area. I had to remind someone that Bungie started in Chicago.
Was obsessed with the intro title sequence:
7-year-old me utterly scandalized by this game:
- Insanely problematic depictions of Indigenous people ✅
- Dinosaurs ✅
- Lord British seal of approval ✅
Post a game that no one ever talks about:
They had such a distinctive vibe. Played a lot of the first few levels of each back in the day, but I always returned to DOOM and Dark Forces over it. Have since beaten both though and they're brilliant.
