That sounds on par with my limited experience from yesterday. Thankfully, my agenda for this year was more: meet creators, get signatures, and buy some art. So I don't feel like I missed out on anything.

I spent the last majority of time yesterday (ending up being my only day this year) in Artist Alley, which was phenomenal. But I did go down to the show floor for a bit in late afternoon. Maybe my quick walkthrough was too quick, but it seemed like there were even fewer comics sellers?

Unfortunately not, the taco truck that was at the Shell station closed/moved sometime late last year. I wasn't impressed with their birria tacos the couple of times I tried them, but I do miss having the convenience of their burritos.

My LCS sold out before I got there. And the other 2 near-by shops are also sold-out. It's a bummer; I was hoping to read it. And the art for both covers is gorgeous. Coulda/shoulda got in before FOC.

I'm ~40 pages in and have had the same thought.

And I _hated_ Ready Player One.

From personal experience, I've had similar results from Scotch, fresh cookies, pizza, ice cream, thunderstorms, afternoon naps, warm laundry, etc. YMMV, but gin may not be your only eBay trigger. 😅
