dubliners was basically 2.5 because of spillover; Boz was always planned af one full week of a summer course, and Burning Chrome was two weeks but I wouldn’t let anyone talking about Johnny Mnemonic.

It’s never occurred to me to talk to Photos

A man asked me last night what publishing needs to do for literary fiction to begin appealing to men again. I said, as nicely as I could, that, with over 2,000 books published every Tuesday, of which many would appeal to men, it’s not a publishing problem, it’s a men problem.

I generally don’t want to talk to / ask anything of any software or document.

I am ok, more or less, of shaping all these interactions into the form where it is basically asking me “is this what you meant to do” in more or less sophisticated ways but I answer in normal.
