Clean desk with three screens, keyboard, mouse, mic and pop filter on a mic arm, stream deck, happy light, facial tissues in a box with sunflowers, weights, mug warmer, and cell phone charging station

One of my teammates from the Twitch Women's Guild inspired me to clean up my desk. An hour later and here are the results. I hadn't realized that my desk was causing invisible stress because it was disorganized and dusty.
