Had an incredibly unlucky day yesterday. Hit a deer with my pickup, which put it out of service a good 2 hours away from home, and while waiting for the tow truck I slipped on ice and absolutely fucked my knee up. Currently walking with a cane, hoping it will heal soon.
Feel bad for the deer.

I really am lucky.
Yesterday my father spent 8 hours in a crawlspace teaching me the basics of plumbing, and we installed a new to me washer/dryer. Material and tool cost was about 500$, but it still came out to be way cheaper than getting a plumber to do it. I'm so lucky to have the dad I do

I get the feeling I'm probably not making it to Connecticut for tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m. lol.

Essentially this particular blend that they're doing requires almost full silo of two different types of ingredients, the other one being coconut oil, and the last coconut oil delivery was a day and a half late, and so now they are very far behind.

Been stuck at this Ben & Jerry's factory for the last 25 hours and they're saying that it still might be another 5 hours before they can unload me. The weather is getting worse & I am low on food. So I decided to break one of my personal policies in order to pizza directly to my truck #LongHaulLife

I am, thank you. The mechanic was able to get the door open after about 20 or so minutes of working on it. It's just really set my schedule behind, so I'm probably not getting a full night's sleep tonight haha.
