The end does not justify the means. Tariffs are a Sales tax. Fourth generation Montana-born. Retired in Northern California. East of Altamont. West of Yosemite. Avuncular.

We understand completely.
We know from supporting and caring for our adult son and his routines.
The calendar is a huge part of his life too.

FYI, we use Google slides to make visuals and words to explain upcoming events, and more importantly what will be changing in a routine.
Seems to help.

There's something deeply obscene and broken about the fact that Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth are bombing elementary schools in an illegal war of aggression, and there's still a sense among the opposition that it has to be explained in terms of gas prices in order to get American voters to care.

Diesel fuel prices are way up. Bad news for rail, trucking, farming, construction, power gen, shipping, and others even diesel pickup owners.

Home heating oil and kerosene going up.

Jet fuel is a more refined form of kerosene, so air travel will also be affected.

Gasoline pain to follow.
