All but overturning Humphrey's Executor is so bad. The Court is basically deleting the concept of agencies being able to say 'no' to the president if they think he's out of line. Just erasing an important institutional safeguard that has been accepted law for 90 years.

This is so bad and will screw up so many cases that have nothing to do with the Federal Government as a defendant. Just absolute anarchic destruction of the legal system because they are upset that the Court won't let them shred the constitution.

If they float, they're speaking hearsay. If they sink (RIP) their testimony was valid. This is very simple.

My favorite version of this is family law where you are often in post judgment purgatory using civil procedure laws from 10-15 years ago (and my state adopted Daubert in 2013)
