I want to work on job stones but I think I want to work on that random series based on an idea that instead of carrying a soul, it's an artificial stone that contains data on it, creating a "ghost in the shell" sort of situation.

Stitch in Time Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement) Many argue about the nature of time and whether it can be manipulated. Some postulate that all things are cyclical while others argue for absolute linearity. Many who understand the true nature of time see it as a complex weave of intersecting moments, one that can be woven and stitched to fit your own desires. While attuned to this needlepoint hoop, you can roll your initiative rolls twice and choose which result you would like to use. Waste Knot. Once per day while attuned to this item, you can use an action to stitch a waste knot. Record your current HP and any status effects that are currently affecting you. After setting your waste knot, any time within the next 10 minutes you can use another action to cut the knot from the weave. When you do so, you are restored to the recorded HP and any status effects are reapplied with the duration that was left when the knot was set. Frogging. While attuned to this item, you can use an action to hastily rip the weave of time, setting the stitches anew allowing you to rearrange the initiative order as you wish. When you do this, it remains your turn so the order will proceed with the next person after you in the new order you set. Once used in this way, the Stitch in Time ceases to function in any manner. Daily at dawn, you can roll a d20. On a result of 18 or higher, it begins to function again. If you roll a 1, the hoop becomes a regular non-magical needlepoint hoop.
