and let's be honest, amount of engineers is gonna decrease (and someday decrease critically) because (idk for Europe, US and Canada tho but here) being a nuclear engineer is an absolutely thankless job
the best way to help them is prevention and replacing all these shitty but neatly talking managers with qualified engineers
to get qualified engineers you need to encourage young people to go to the engineering field (stop nepo and increasing amount of managers, give them good salaries since start)
