Code freeze is in place: small, careful changes for release prep. Shortcut fixes, UI/dialog cleanup, config & packaging fixes, dark mode note-editing fix, translations.

The EU‘s fight over the ‚combustion engine ban‘ was a waste of the public‘s attention. Performative politics. By 2035, collectors with special licenses may still want one, if they can pay for the fuel and find some last gas station. History doesn‘t proceed in a linear fashion.

The Apache Hop open source data engineering platform is ramping up speed. 2.17 will be one of our biggest releases to date with major UI improvements, platform upgrades for Neo4j, MongoDB and tons of other fixes and new functionality.

A big week: UI rough edges smoothed out, dialogs and toolbars behaving again, and long-standing papercuts fixed. Safer stream handling, cleaner transforms, #Azure managed identity support, better diffs, plus HTML/PDF support.

Clearer logs, cleaner dialogs, safer pipelines, restored Parquet output, updated Beam, and key security fixes.
