Throdding down the path.
I should also say, I didn't generally find this dev flow fulfilling. As you essentially become a fulltime code reviewer, and lose out on the joy of problem solving. There are a lot of unanswered questions about where this all leads with few answers, just a lot of top down pressure to keep...
I was working on adding a couple of features to Actionable CI: most of the work was in our java/kotlin backend, with some React frontend work.
It remains to be seen if I'll feel the same way when I return to Android dev next year.
At some point my flow was basically: ask the model to plan, tweak the plan, it generates the code, it builds and runs the app in like 5 secs and fixes the errors without prompting (the speed of builds, and this iteration loop is the killer feature).
I used to be a skeptic, but in the past 2 months after working on a project outside Android, I now understand where the hype is coming from. When your project doesn't have custom private libs/frameworks and you're unburdened from 5-15 minute build times, things start to look very different.
Claude code + Opus 4.5 is definitely heads and shoulders above the rest.
Congrats on a great run!

This is Pippa. Sheβs been on many scenic hikes and has seen many beautiful views. But she has also napped through her fair share of those views, and we donβt blame her one bit. 14/10 #SeniorPupSaturday
Mr. Milchick my beloved
I am so entertained by Milchick in this #Severance season finale lol
It's really bad right now. Some companies are not even hiring up to intermediate levels. Only Senior
I guess girl dessert > dinner
First edible thing you've ever posted.
And rice
Oh wow
What is this?
Most of what we call "tech" is about getting the right information into a database and trying to prevent the wrong person from reading or updating it.
I've not seen the sun shine once in a severance episode, until the first time they show a flashback of Mark's wife. And now it's perpetually summer lol. I just know they're going to do something incredibly sad to her at the end.
a black and tan dachshund puppy stands in front of a blanket pile and looks at the camera. his long ears hang down lower than his chin, and theyβre fanned backwards slightly so you can see their tan interiors and little black tips. his right ear covers up most of his long sausage body so you can just make out his black rump and little tan back paw. his tan eyebrow dots are raised slightly and heβs looking at you with a stoic, closed-mouth defiant expression.
This is Ralph. His body composition is approximately 40% ear. But that does not mean he wants to listen to your podcast. 12/10 (IG: ralph_kd0821)
The fact that Mr. Milchick has legit beef with a child is so funny #severance
Hasn't had a transfer window yet. Eventually it will come, but everyone always gets a benefit of the doubt first season
