I want to believe that if they are trying to collect signatures down there, it's because it's not easy to collect them here.
It also tells a lot about the separatist profile... spending half the year outside the province.

Yes, the account is a parody, but the event will really take place. From what I've read, there is no regulation preventing such an event from happening, although ethically that looks quite bad, IMO.
