Yep. I just got a tariff bill for $6 on an item that was valued at $10. At the time I ordered it, I didn’t realize the seller was overseas or I wouldn’t have purchased it. Does anyone know what happens if I don’t pay this? I have the item already.
This right here. My husband is job searching. Over 200 applications and only a handful of interviews. We’ve had to cut several positions off of his resume because it makes him too old.

I work in IS for a good sized health system. We’ve been reminded often never, ever, ever put patient data into ChatGPT or any other AI chatbot cause bad things will happen. My eye is twitching about private patient data being used to train LLM’s.

This was an issue back in the 90’s when I was a bookstore manager. Book would be featured on Oprah and I’d only have 3 copies of it in store and out of stock at the warehouses. It was not unusual for me to drive to Ingram to scrounge a box or two of a bestseller because shipping took too long.
That’s why a friend of mine has already been told they’re being laid off next year.

I’m currently undergoing immunotherapy and got the updated COVID vaccine before I knew about this. I’m thrilled that the vaccine might make my immunotherapy more effective.
