In my experience, the vast majority of waste in a software shop is time spent building things nobody wants on top of overly complex architectures that solve problems we don't have. Focus on that. Put solving your customer's actual (not imagined) problems first.

Mä oon tätä aina yrittänyt tehdä täällä kun on vaan mahdollisuus. Ihan ideologisesti, vaikka siitä saakin kuulla että on heikko johtaja, tai että ei halua ajaa omaa uraansa.

En ymmärrä miten se ois multa pois, jos joku mun tuttu menestyy, ja taloudella menee paremmin.
