how much of this is the vehicle itself vs. the infrastructure to support the vehicle? It's hard to envisage a infra buildout across Europe (or US) with the charging infrastructure quickly that would accommodate these sorts of needs, no?

Ed - the reality is this is new, and many of us do not know. for certain But there are *so many* companies that are defense contractors. For example, General Motors (GM) is a defense contractor. And will GM now enforce this on all of its contractors? The cascading effects are potentially huge
