Last Friday, I had a quick surgery to remove bone spurs in my shoulder. It was such a shock when I woke up and since then that I've had such low pain, not even needing the painkillers they gave me! After years of pain from so many problems, it's such a change in both my physical and mental health.
You keep fighting back and the improvement shows. As many setbacks as there have been, you've made improvements in so many ways. Keep at it nukes!
