Got hot reloading working on macOS now, and fixed some Vulcan swap chain bugs I had. Wrote hot reloading stuff for windows, zero clue if it works as I don't have a machine to test it on, but in theory it should just work. Glad this is all coming together, I think its time to implement the funs stuff

I’m trying to reverse engineer a games networking api so I can reimplement a server for it, and it’s absolute hell, every packet just has the first byte changed and then a bunch of raw data. I’ve figured out the handshake process (I think) but that’s about it
