A game daily leaderboard riffing on the style of a 90s computer. βerkyrathβ (my handle) is listed first, at 1112 points and six cups of coffee. The next best score is johannes2704 at 1094 points and five cups, so Iβm significantly ahead.
Not gonna say this was my *proudest* moment, but I felt good about it. (Yesterday, March 5th.)
Was knocked down to fifth place by the end of the day. Still good.

I'm proud to have been a part of this fun & charming project. My topic was about narrative opportunities in attract screens and the present day equivalent, the Steam Trailer. Thanks to @jon.inkle.co for including me; every one I have read so far has given me something to consider and made me smile.

I have one too but it's current-limited compared to a "direct" USB-C cable. I forget the exact numbers but there was some level of fast charging which did not work.

No, cornstarch is called cornstarch.
I figure "corn flour" is the same as "fine cornmeal", which I use in cornbread.

The Rise and Fall of a 3-D Printing Empire
I think 3D printing is kind of cool and amazing for prototyping or small runs of bespoke parts. But I never got how it could possibly compete with injection molding or a dozen other more straightforward processes. At scale, anyway.
Wish we could admit when tech is niche. Cool, but niche.

I played a bunch of the Titanium Court demo last night and I can report that all the narrative gimcrackery was received with great glee -- top-notch stage business -- and all of the actual gameplay was an airless slog and I don't really want to play any more of it.

It's great that they offer that. But it's one manager decision away from being a profit center. Cloudflare could enshittify a huge swathe of the web overnight, and somebody with a spreadsheet knows that.
