Listening to people's stories. Hearing where people are trying to get to and what their barriers are, gets me to a place where I keep thinking up solutions.

I have seen this so much. I helped a friend with their launch by just giving them the permission to accept good enough, over getting every detail right.

Unfortunately, there is a toxicity in some developer communities of a right way and wrong way of doing things, and it paralyses people
