It should be easier to rank it in the keywords, as per @TryAstroApp is much more difficult to rank in "Plant Identifier" than in "Bird Identifier". Let's see how it goes and if the App Store initial boost still exists.
Need an ASO course ASAP!

After Greenie's launch I've been looking to make another AI identifier to use everything I learnt.
So here is BirdScout!
A bird identifier where you can see all bird information, take notes, mark spot location...
Would really appreciate if you can leave a rating. Link below!
New update of Greenie just launched!
It includes smart watering schedule for your plants, watering reminders and notifications, plant nicknames, list view and filtering for the garden and much more.
Wow, so many new followers from yesterday's post! Welcome, everyone ๐ค
I'm now integrating the new watering tracking functionality into Greenie. Which approach do you think is better, A or B? I believe B is clearer and offers a better UI.
Quizquake v1.1 is out now!
Update the app to enjoy the new category: "Geography"! More new stuff coming soon...
Link below!
Of course! Looking to implement much more subjects, the next one coming will be Geography. This was just a release to see if people like it! Much more stuff coming soon!
The equation standing out tip is great, willl look into that. Thanks Nico!
As a developer, itโs been an incredible journey taking Metrociego from a station-only tool to a complete route planner. I hope you liked this behind the scenes on how we did our custom google like maps route calculator integration in our app!
Building these features has been challenging yet rewarding. By combining user feedback with advanced algorithms, weโve reimagined how visually impaired travelers navigate the metro. A proud step forward for accessibility.
This evolution transforms Metrociego from a simple navigation tool into a full-scale journey planner. Weโre making transit more accessible, intuitive, and inclusive, empowering travelers to move independently.
All transfer details are now seamlessly integrated. When switching lines, Metrociego provides clear, step-by-step guidance, connecting our already exsisting functionality of platform-to-platform, platform-to-exit or exit-to-platform path information to our route planner.
To compute the optimal route, we harness Dijkstraโs algorithm. By assigning costs to each connection (like transfers or platform changes), our system calculates the fastest, most efficient path, even across multiple lines.
At the core of this upgrade is our graph-based routing system. We model each station as a node with subnodes for each platform, and every connection as weighted edges. Hereโs Bilbao station in Madrid, where 2 lines converge. There are stations with 4 lines, the complexity skyrockets!
Today, Metrociego is a complete route planner. The app now guides you from one station to another with step-by-step instructions for every transfer. Every detail is covered to keep you on track. ๐
But our users (and us) wanted more. They needed guidance for complete journeys, not just inside one station. Their feedback inspired us to transform Metrociego into a full transit planner, making every trip clear and accessible.
In our early days, Metrociego focused solely on intra-station navigation. From platform to exit or transferring between platforms, every step was carefully mapped for a seamless experience. And users really were using and enjoying our app.
This is the next chapter of Metrociego Madrid. Originally, our app helped visually impaired users navigate stations, guiding them from platform to exit and between platforms during transfers. With 1000+ monthly users, we knew it was time to plan full journeys. Let's dive in! ๐งต
Itโs super early and very minimal, but itโs 100% free for now. Iโll be adding more topics soon. Would love if you give it a try and let me know what you think (or what breaks)!
You can start a game against me if you want, my username is "Gonzalo" (case sensitive at the moment)
Iโve just launched a new app! Itโs called Quizquake. It's a super lightweight game where you go head-to-head with a friend to see who answers faster. The first to win 3 rounds wins the game!

Just got myself @useTRMNLโa fully customizable e-ink dashboard for tracking anything you want. Canโt wait to build plugins for it and make it my ultimate dev + life companion!
Big thanks to @itsdanstaub for the help!
Spanish customs, if youโre reading thisโฆ ignore it, please
In the next Leisurist update I also fixed two bugs that were driving me insane:
- A button animation bug that refreshed the view unnecessarily
- A delay where the next episode to watch in a series took forever to appear.
Feels like a victoryโthese fixes were long overdue!
Someone just got a refund for my appโฆ tough luck, theyโre gonna miss out on all the cool stuff thatโs coming!
Been experimenting with MeshGradient for the background of the recommendation reasons in Leisurist. So far, it looks pretty neatโmight stick with it!
Thanks mate! Of course, in fact, this is the confetti library I used, pretty easy to setup ๐

Just improved Leisuristโs recommendations! Now they come with 3 reasons why each suggestion might be perfect for you. Almost ready for releaseโcanโt wait for you to try it!
Trying to make adding books to Leisurist as easy as grabbing them off the shelfโjust scan the barcode and boom, itโs in! Planning to dive into this during the Christmas holidaysโฆ right after the AI update is out!
