discord replacing forums is one problem but discord being the host of anything outside of social purposes is utterly insane

i've been getting increasingly annoyed at how much stuff online revolves around needing to join a discord server. it's incredibly embarassing that you are required to join the geometry dash leaderboard server to get whitelisted for the top 1000

this is because the texture pack you're using is missing the link controls toggle texture which was added in 2.208. you can do some stuff with gdcolon.com/gdsplitter to merge the pack with the vanilla textures to easily port it to the new version

i generally just keep regular backups of my CCLocalLevels.dat file in a folder, and export levels i especially would want to return to using gdshare (which saves all the stats and everything)

there is a mass export feature in the mod if you select all the levels and press the button in the bottom left. it also does save all your stats on the level
