Problem #1: Normal Map Weight
The weight of the normal map is set too high in my opinion.
This is what is making the skin pores, wrinkles, eyebags, etc. so intensely prominent and also causing strangely warped shadowing with some facial expressions.
Attached is an example of this in Blender.
