I loooove Mass Effect and it’s definitely way closer to that. But I miss the gritty seriousness of the earlier Dragon Age and Mass Effect games. The tone and visuals feel too… light hearted.
Really digging Dragon Age: Veilguard. I’m sort of sad it’s not more like Dragon Age: Origins in tone and art style, but it’s a super chill couch game with enough good relationships in game to make it worth a playthrough IMO.
