take a deep breath and have fun! there's a lot of people who spend a long time playing and still need to look up many rules or be reminded how to do things. If you ever wanna do something but aren't sure how, just ask! sometimes a DM will work with you and say "oh you have X ability or can roll Y"
My favorite is watching a horror streamer after a new trailer or teaser comes out and having to hear their opinion 82 times while watching the stream because everyone and their dog comes by to ask

I'm helping in the way I know how to at the moment. MH tip: watch yourself. you may notice yourself spiraling and doom scrolling. Take a moment to stop and do a grounding technique. My favorite is the 5 senses countdown. make sure you take care of yourself while you're fighting for justice.
