Yes, but it looks like they're going further than that with this announcement. Until they say what the heck it actually means, it's all speculation right now (and the lack of transparency isn't a good look)
Of course it's not a secret that they don't like third party app stores either, and that is absolutely a backhanded part of this. I'm just reserving judgment on how drastic this change is until they reveal how it's implemented.
Sideloading is critical to app dev so my uninformed guess here is that it will come down to flipping a switch in Developer Options to allow unsigned/unverified apps.

Truvada, for instance, was originally used for ART therapy. It has largely been replaced by Biktarvy, which contains different quantities of the same drugs in Truvada, plus a third one (HAART).

The point is more about the "unprocessed" adjective (not the word "organic"), which is thrown around a lot by armchair new-agey nutritionists, and has absolutely zero useful meaning in actual nutrition.
We've had similar guides before (they were widespread when I was just a little queerling), we just hadn't felt like we needed them as much into the 00s-10s. Perhaps that needs to change.
