I doubt you were alive in the 60's, 70' and 80's but before TV's went flat screen they were CRT TV's and had tons of vacuum tubes inside them. They could be repaired and you'd use a machine like this to test them to see which one was out.
Both Onosato and Hoshoryu need to drop out of the Basho. It's obvious they are both having issues and can't fight at 100% due to their injuries. I'm saddened but it's best for both of them and their health.
