I have questions. Are you saying the US Constitution only applies & Congessionl approval required if the War being declared is against itself? If international law nullifies Constitutional law, does that not make said Constitutional law virtually unenforceable outside of domestic conflict?

No,we did not. We support efforts to preven Iran from building nuclear weapons.There are many paths one can pursue to reach this goal without assassinating the Head of State. Canada clearly stated we will NOT participate in this war. Don't know where you got your information; but, it is not true.
