Yes. 'Shouting into the void' is sometimes better than trying to navigate conversations which, really, are probably relationship destroying if I think about them too deeply.

I do try, now and then, to have reasoned conversations, but I tihnk I'm better off sitting by the lake near the rhododendron hedge where I scattered my dad's ashes and feeding the ducks.
