It's cool how you can easily display Markdown as a page with Tailwind CSS Typography and a bit of code β¨

I have a monitor with a USB-C hub. When I connect it to my MacBook, it connects to my monitor and charges my MacBook β‘
Why doesn't HeadlessUI's Checkbox have a 'required' attribute, while RadixUI does?

I develop my landing page currently in Astro. It's nice
Yes, it's really a shame. Well said!
No, I couldn't. However, I would try to use them more consciously and reduce their impact. For example, by using smaller models or models that use renewable energy
Yesterday, I also found a page with 2024 in the footer π
Yes, and I lose trust. The same applies when they don't have a privacy policy
Thanks π I am currently developing a chrome extension to capture insights from YouTube videos. But in the future I want to develop a quick capture mobile app
Yes, I like the method. I used it too for my name Captzy (Capture + easy). I used βzβ instead of βsβ because of domain availability and because I thought it sounded a bit better π
Naming your app or brand can be tough. Here are a few inspirations from well-known apps:
Shopify β "shopping" + "simplify"
Reddit β playful take on "read it"
Slack β short for "Searchable Log of All Conversation and Knowledge"
Uber β from German "ΓΌber" (meaning "over")

For this, I use the framework WXT (wxt.dev), which supports hot reload. It's based on Vite. There is also CRXJS, a Vite plugin that also supports hot reloading (crxjs.dev/vite-plugin). Overall, WXT provided me with a better experience.
π Started building Chrome extensions lately! After trying different frameworks, WXT is my favorite:
β¨ Amazing DX & performance
π First-class support for all browsers
β‘οΈ Vite-powered
π Compatible with Svelte, Vue, React and Solid
π Great docs & examples

It doesn't bother me in the sidebar, but I hate it in the bottom bar π Even happier that bluesky exists
I like both, but would pick the first one
π
For now text, in the future pictures, voice...
Thank you!
I feel, had a similar idea for an app to find pictures locally
Great list! Would like to be added π
Ohh, I missed the skip button on the first slide. I looked in the top right corner where I would have expected it
Thank you Akash!
Thank you! Yes, it's not obvious. I wanted to show capturing with a net, but I didn't like it. I then used a fabric that captures a sphere, which resulted in this logo. Even though it's not obvious, I liked this minimalist and elegant design more.
I like the left side more
Difficult, I think the cards are too big on the right side. But I also don't know if I miss the pictures on the left side. It depends on the product whether the pictures are helpful.
There should be a close button, otherwise it could be annoying
π
I feel that this pro plan needs to be highlighted a little more. It is often done: mobbin.com/search/web/m...
Thank you, I like it too, but I think it's a bit too much π It should represent capture.
