on another note, a big piece of advice I have for young trans people is to figure out who *you* are and what *you* like instead of adhering to whatever forum or other social platform you frequent. it's easy to follow stereotypes but ultimately you'll look back and cringe at how much it held you back

it's nice that there's online spaces for young trans people figuring themselves out and it makes sense that they're more likely to form (support) groups but I wish there were more spaces for trans adults past the "hehe im an egg who likes blahajs and thigh highs" stage

remember, every time you lose a LUTI set there is another group of 4+ people in the world that you've made happy because they've won :)
