I came up with a #mathisfun problem about #DST #DaylightSavingsTime & #atomicClocks. A few mins ago at the beginning of DST, my analog wall clock updated itself w/ clock arms moving at a faster rate than usual. If they go 6x the regular rate, how long would it take to add an hour? #mtbos #iteachmath
Verdict: it was probably my least favorite dosa ever, spicy w/o being very flavorful & the dosa itself wasn’t crispy. The coconut chutney was acceptable; I rarely like sambar & theirs was definitely not a counter-example. I might return to try their ‘onion dosa’ (which looks like an uttapam)-or not.
I miss Tower South Indian restaurant - all vegetarian. mostly #vegan. We loved their dosas. I visited the spot - it is now blrfoodstreet.com - no service but self-serve kiosks. One of the chefs says all dosas (he meant clearly except the paneer or chocolate ones) can easily be made vegan. Let’s try!
