From our family to yours, Merry Christmas, friends!
Hope you’re making the most of some much earned time away from your work and professional obligations, and enjoying the holiday season in whatever way brings you the most joy.
With love, from us 🫶

Heck yeah, Nelson! Happy for y’all.
I’m in phase one. Which one are you in?

Day 04 + 05 + 06: First Floor Walls, Stairs, Fireplace, Tree, Decorations, Two Turtle Doves, and a Sledding McCallister
Ha! Man, that’s a good shirt.

Day 02 + 03: Foundation, Basement, and Subfloor
Been staring at it on my wishlist for three years; had to get it before it got retired.
The completed first bag of the LEGO Home Alone set, featuring the famous blue grey 1986 Dodge Ram van with red and black lettering reading “Oh-Kay Plumbing & Heating, Your Flood Control Experts” and minifigures of Marv and Harry.

A close up of the completed blue sofa of the LEGO set I’m building. There’s a woman minifigure sitting in the chair wearing glasses and a cardigan sweater reading a book. In the background, out of focus, is the remainder of the set I’ll put together after I publish this post.
Thanksgiving break off to a great start.
Played a bit of Fortnite with the kids early this morning, helped wifey with some dessert prep after breakfast, and now some me time building this lovely Books are My Passion LEGO set. All is well.
Happy Thanksgiving, friends.
Minimal screen time, zero time on a computer, and a whole lot of time with family.
Feeling energized and looking forward to this short week of work and more time with family.
Dude, same. My wife is very familiar with the book and kept me entirely in the dark. I knew it’d be a beautiful movie, but wasn’t expecting it to be so touching as well. I’m ready for more!
Appreciate your perspective on this and your vulnerability, Nelson, and love your storytelling. Thanks for continuing to push forward and be the brightest light you can be for all of us and your family, especially on those days when things get dark for yourself. Hang in there and keep going, friend!
S/O to the brands emailing to let me know not to buy anything from them until next week.
The chances are low that I'll buy regardless, but I appreciate the honesty in “you'll get the lowest price beginning this date.”
Yep. 39° here this morning, but it’ll be 72° this afternoon. I'm just happy to be able to comfortably wear hoodies and jackets; I own far too many for someone who lives in Texas.
Having our first truly cold morning of the season here; no where near that cold, though. 🥶
Bouncing between multiple Webflow builds on the agency side, wrapping up a project with Brandon and Cory for Art Dept. Club, some Christmas stuff for the church, and a little design work for a freelance project. Busy week before the holidays begin.
What are you up to, Chris!?
Hello, Emily 👋
Hey, Mick 👋
Hi, Jeff 👋
Ha. So relatable. The three of us who are diagnosed (myself, my wife, and our 17-year-old) all present differently, and the younger undiagnosed three, who we believe are gifted with it, also seem to present differently. It's fun and intriguing to be in our house at times.
The first post on a new platform always feels weird. There's this urge to introduce myself and say a bunch of stuff, but I don't have anything to say at the moment, lol, so I guess I'll say hello, y'all 👋
