I don't think they can without a lot of emulator hacks. They typically don't modify and recompile games when they release them for switch online

From what I understand there was a bug with their CSAM detection code that got triggered on public NSFW channels.

The switch touchscreen sucks major ass. It's plastic instead of glass and the screen is pretty small.
Also the switch doesn't have a built-in mic. Diamond and Pearl use it for Chatot.
