Tried VRChat properly for the first time two weekends ago and it was proper fun!

Funny thing... I haven't cooked proper meat in ages now until tonight.
Bought that exact same sous-vide circulator it in the hopes of making cooking easier but for smaller cuts like sub 10oz I find it more fiddly and only break out the pan.
I thing I might be doing wrong. How do you find it?
