Do you prefer 755/745s or 720s?

So in the end it ends up as less taking into account different people’s situations and more so trying to paint a picture that a business is diverse in order to avoid lawsuits…

Additionally, the idea of solely “visual diversity” rather than also personal diversity in upbringing, origin social class, etc

It’s not a bad idea in theory but it’s execution often leads to things like this happening

(i’m probably going to get cancelled for saying this but it’s worth it)

people should be hired based on talent, not on if they meet diversity requirements… that’s artificially created diversity
