Our game MATCHO has received approval to resume recording voiceovers, even amidst the SAG-AFTRA actors' strike. After many weeks of waiting, it feels great to finally move forward. ๐ We are on the actor's side (against AI voices), but forbidding work on non-union titles stalled our progress. ๐ถ
It's refreshing to see that there are no ads yet; this creates a much clearer experience.
As our studio has grown, my focus has shifted to management, which has become overwhelming with contracts, finance and meetings. I cherish every uninterrupted moment when I can actually work on the game. The hardest part is delegating tasks and trusting others. ๐ Nothing prepares you for this.
