Sorry I was trying to add to the tone deafness with my example of Canadians being mostly concerned about how the war impacts their travel plans. I’ll leave this thread here as I’m definitely not trying to antagonize you.
I’m obviously generalizing. The actions of individuals and of groups often differ.
I saw a headline about how Canadian travellers have their plans affected by the war. The truth is that people always prioritize concerns from a local point of view outwards.
