It’s just a shame that it isn’t a Rat for the rat decks. If only there was a Rat Ninja they could have based it on.
Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni {4}{B}{B} Legendary Creature — Rat Ninja Ninjutsu {3}{B}{B} ({3}{B}{B}, Return an unblocked attacker you control to hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking.) Whenever Ink-Eyes deals combat damage to a player, you may put target creature card from that player’s graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. {1}{B}: Regenerate Ink-Eyes. 5/4
Unique? Ink-eye gives you side eye

“Why are you doing that?” The adult asked “There must be a million of them!”
The kid just smiled “In this metaphor, the ocean is filled with the ravenous sharks of public humiliation”
Backed!

3 Barrels of Blasting Jelly? All I can think of is:
Lords of Waterdeep it’s my go to example for them. Typically I’d want them to be more a part of the game play, something you have more strategic choice over or some ability to find out your opponent’s. They can also really backfire for replayability once they become obvious
I think they’re kinda a crutch for replayability. They can feel like the designer doesn’t trust players to recognize/try out different strategies on their own and they add a level of variance to flatten skill gaps. I wouldn’t classify Ticket to Ride goals as the same thing, that’s more hidden info
Could be a fun inclusion in a Golgari Gardens deck!

I kinda wish they played a bit B more with Tilly’s back story here. She has a pretty terrible captain which should inform her experience!
